What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, you can request early check-in and late check-out in advance. Both are subject to availability and carry an additional cost, which you can check at the time of your request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After that period, 100% of the stay will be charged.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash in Pesos, US Dollars, and Euros, as well as bank transfers and payment links (Pago Rápido).
Is a deposit or guarantee required?
Yes. You can leave a credit card as a guarantee, or a cash deposit of USD 60 (or its equivalent in ARS or EUR).
Are there charges for additional guests?
Yes. Rates are based on double occupancy, and there are extra charges for each additional guest, depending on the room category.

Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes. We have staff available at all times for assistance and late check-ins.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We offer a tagged luggage storage service, available to guests until they check in or depart from the hotel.
Do you provide tourist information or excursion booking?
Yes, and this is a fundamental part of our service. The front desk provides concierge assistance and handles bookings upon guest request where applicable.
How can I contact the staff in case of an emergency?
Dialing number 800 from the room’s landline is the fastest way in an emergency. We also constantly monitor our WhatsApp channel.
What happens if I arrive late at night?
The reception is open 24 hours a day, so there is no problem. Our staff will be present to welcome you upon arrival.

Is smoking allowed?
The hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel, including the dome. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, where ashtrays are available.
Do you have accessible rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have loft-type units without stairs and with walk-in showers. However, we do not recommend staying on upper floors if evacuation without an elevator might be required.
Is there an elevator in the building?
Yes. The elevator has a capacity for 5 people and features a safety sensor.

How does the digital control system work?
Each unit has an iPad from which you can control the lights, curtains, and climate. Manual controls can also be used.
Is there Wi-Fi in all rooms?
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi in all units and common areas.

Location & Surroundings
Where can I park?
You can park on Deloqui Street. There are also free parking areas on Av. Maipú, although they are a bit further away. There are no private parking garages for spontaneous use in the city.
What points of interest or restaurants are nearby?
We are located opposite the Prison Museum (Museo del Presidio), 350 meters from the tourist pier, and 50 meters from San MartÃn Street, where restaurants, tour agencies, rental shops, and banks are concentrated.
What is the typical noise level in the area?
The area is usually quiet, although occasionally vehicles with loud exhausts can be heard, which is common in downtown Ushuaia.
